Direct engagement with enterprise customers, developers, and partners is essential to understand needs, gather feedback, and validate features. You will translate complex use cases into scalable, secure, and intuitive APIs in collaboration with engineering teams, and lead cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, design, sales, compliance, and data science. Success is measured through data-driven metrics, with responsibility for prioritizing requirements and communicating plans and launches to stakeholders. The role requires 5+ years of product management experience with at least 2-3 years focused on platform/API products in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure. You need proven track record building and launching successful, scalable API-powered platforms, deep technical understanding of API design principles and security, and ability to balance user requirements with commercial strategy. Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, comfort with data-driven cross-functional teams, and flexibility across time zones are essential.
