Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive go-to-market strategy and field enablement for its bot management and application security products. The company operates one of the world's largest networks protecting millions of websites and internet properties, from individual bloggers to Fortune 500 companies.
In this role, you will own the field's ability to win by building comprehensive enablement that allows account teams to lead conversations about agents, bots, attackers, and fraud end-to-end. This includes developing training, playbooks, battlecards, demo environments, proof-of-concept guides, competitive intelligence, and certification programs. You will be measured by how capable you make the entire field and how much you free up product experts to focus on building rather than selling.
As a member of the product team, you will carry the pitch yourself—joining and driving real customer calls to keep your enablement grounded in what actually works. You will orchestrate a bench of field subject-matter experts to scale impact beyond one person. You will also amplify the company's story by extending and evolving engaging materials into assets the field can run independently, producing new content of the same caliber.
Cloudflare's approach to product management is distinctive: PMs are the first sellers and own their own launches, content, and enablement. Your credibility comes from carrying the pitch yourself and your work in the field shapes both strategy and narrative. You will work directly with the Director of Product and across PMs leading each product line.
The role focuses on bot management, anti-fraud, and application security—a critical area where more than 50% of internet traffic is automated and knowing who is human, an agent, or a malicious actor is core to Cloudflare's strategy and customer value proposition.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Deep technical understanding sufficient to earn a room's trust; ability to explain concepts like browser automation, headless browsers, credential-stuffing attacks, TLS fingerprinting, JavaScript challenges, and ML scoring in a layered defense context
- Understanding of how security, user experience, and privacy trade off against each other
- Prior experience in Product or Product Marketing with desire for more customer time, technical depth, and ownership of field success
- Track record of selling or evangelizing hard technical products to real customers
- Ability to make complicated ideas land with both practitioners and executives—in writing, on calls, or on stage—without oversimplifying
- Demonstrated ability to build training, playbooks, or programs that made entire teams better at something difficult
- Preference for going deep on one thing and making it excellent rather than stretching across many areas
- Comfort building demos yourself using AI harnesses, Python, JavaScript, or Bash
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience selling, marketing, or evangelizing bot management, anti-fraud, or application security
- Familiarity with Cloudflare's broader platform (WAF, CDN, Zero Trust, Workers) and how Bot Management integrates
- Hands-on experience deploying Bot Management, Turnstile, or similar solutions in production
- Track record of standing up field enablement or subject-matter-expert programs from scratch
