As Senior Product Manager for Growth, you'll join a small, elite product team reporting directly to founders and executives. You'll own product strategy and execution for growth engineering pods, defining what gets built and why alongside strong product instincts from engineering and design.
Key responsibilities include: owning the product roadmap and priorities for assigned pods; shipping features end-to-end from conception through launch and iteration; conducting continuous customer research and translating insights into product decisions; maintaining high UX standards across every interaction; and establishing product quality standards across the organization.
You'll be expected to move fast with imperfect information, make data-driven decisions, and communicate product vision clearly. The role requires deep customer empathy, strong product taste, and the ability to ship products users love.
Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of product experience at early-stage or high-growth B2B SaaS companies, with a track record of shipping 0→1 products. Bonus experience includes founding a company, being an early employee at a startup, building AI-native products, or working in sales/marketing tech. You should be technical enough to read specs and discuss engineering tradeoffs, metrics-driven in your approach, and comfortable with ambiguity.
