In this Senior Product Manager role on the Growth team, you will drive product-led growth initiatives and shape the future of Trustpilot's platform. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver experiences aligned with desired outcomes
- Building and executing product-led growth (PLG) strategy in partnership with Product, Monetisation, Marketing, and Commercial teams
- Running experiments to increase targeted outcomes and sharing learnings across the organization
- Partnering with analytics and research teams to understand drivers of key metrics and becoming a subject matter expert
- Contributing to the development of the overarching growth product strategy
- Owning the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Conducting customer research and regularly interacting with customers to understand problems and frame them with your team
- Building relationships with stakeholders in sales, marketing, and customer success, promoting product-thinking throughout the organization
- Communicating product plans, status, and issues to internal stakeholders and executive leadership
- Motivating your team and colleagues to produce their best work
You will work in a collaborative, multicultural environment with over 1,000 employees across 50+ nationalities. The Copenhagen office features a laid-back vibe with a coffee bar, canteen, table tennis, and various refreshments.
Requirements:
- Proven history of delivering tangible business outcomes
- Strong communication skills and proven history of effective collaboration with cross-functional product teams
- Passion for delivering high-quality experiences that solve customer problems and drive business impact
- Comprehensive understanding of product management principles and processes, including product strategy, roadmap development, and agile methodologies
- Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data to inform product decisions and establish metrics and OKRs
- Friendly, knowledgeable, open-minded, collaborative approach; ability to motivate and inspire others
- Desirable: Experience in B2B or SaaS products
- Desirable: Experience working on a Growth team
