As Senior Product Manager, Growth, you will lead a cross-functional team to build best-in-class experiences that drive product-led growth. You will own the growth product strategy in partnership with Product, Monetisation, Marketing, and Commercial teams, taking full ownership of the product roadmap and backlog aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences and desired outcomes
- Building and executing PLG (product-led growth) strategy across the organization
- Running experiments to increase targeted outcomes and sharing learnings company-wide
- Partnering with analytics and research teams to understand drivers of key metrics; becoming a subject matter expert
- Contributing to the development of overarching growth product strategy
- Conducting customer research and regularly interacting with customers to understand problems and frame solutions
- Building relationships with stakeholders in sales, marketing, and customer success to promote product thinking
- Communicating product plans, status, and issues to internal stakeholders and executive leadership
- Motivating team members and colleagues to produce their best work
You will work in a collaborative, diverse environment with 1000+ employees across 149 billion annual brand impressions and operations in eight countries.
Requirements:
- Proven history of delivering tangible business outcomes
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional product teams
- Passion for delivering high-quality experiences that solve customer problems and drive business impact
- Comprehensive understanding of product management principles and processes, including product strategy, roadmap development, and agile methodologies
- Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data to inform product decisions and establish metrics/OKRs
- Friendly, knowledgeable, open-minded, collaborative approach; ability to motivate and inspire others
- Desirable: Experience in B2B or SaaS products
