Razorpay is India's leading full-stack fintech platform, processing $180+ billion in annualized transactions and powering businesses from early-stage startups to India's largest enterprises. The company has raised over $740 million from top-tier investors including GIC, Peak XV Partners, Tiger Global, and Salesforce Ventures, and operates across India, Singapore, and Malaysia. As a Senior Product Manager for Growth, you will own activation, retention, and monetization strategies for Razorpay's SME merchant base. You'll drive adoption and revenue growth across the full customer lifecycle by combining customer empathy with analytical rigor and deep product expertise. You'll work cross-functionally with Growth business teams and collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Product Analytics partners to execute growth initiatives. Your charter includes identifying and implementing product levers that accelerate user acquisition, improve retention, and increase monetization. The ideal candidate is a data-native PM who thinks in funnels, cohorts, and experiments before writing PRDs. You write SQL, build dashboards, and uncover insights proactively. You have hands-on experience building with AI agents and LLMs—prompt engineering is table stakes. You bring entrepreneur DNA, either from founding a startup, launching a 0→1 product, or operating as a seasoned Growth PM across the full acquisition-to-revenue loop. You hold your own in revenue conversations, understand unit economics, and can translate growth levers into P&L impact. Razorpay's culture emphasizes ownership, learning, and transparency. You'll operate with autonomy and minimal red tape, surrounded by a 3000+ person team building the financial infrastructure of Asia's future.
