Salary: USD 189,000 - 236,000 / annual
Hex is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to lead the Growth & Monetization group's initiatives spanning product-led growth (PLG), new user activation, pricing and billing, and new product bets. You will own the complete trial-to-paid funnel, ensuring thousands of monthly new users experience a magical first touch, achieve swift path-to-value, and transform their workflow.
Key responsibilities include obsessing over conversion metrics from trial to purchase (self-serve and sales-assisted), maximizing seat expansion by understanding customer growth patterns and reducing churn, and running a cross-functional growth pod with engineers, designers, growth marketers, and data teams. You'll balance quantitative rigor—defining metrics, building dashboards, running A/B tests—with qualitative product sense and deep customer empathy.
You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales to drive measurable business impact while maintaining Hex's high quality bar. The role requires shipping quickly, iterating in ambiguity, and thinking like a business owner accountable for funnel conversion and revenue growth outcomes.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of product management and/or growth experience with a track record of owning and improving business metrics. PLG or PLS company experience is essential—you understand how product, sales, and growth loops interact. You're an excellent communicator who can distill funnel complexity into crisp narratives for leadership while diving into implementation details with engineering and design teams.
Bonus qualifications include background in data tools, developer tools, or data analytics; familiarity with experimentation platforms (Eppo, LaunchDarkly); or founder/early-stage startup experience.
