Salary: USD 176,000 - 242,000 / annual

Picnic is reinventing the workplace lunch experience by partnering with top local restaurants and batching orders to deliver high-quality, individually packed meals to companies without fees or tips. As Senior Product Manager for Growth, you'll own the entire consumer-facing product strategy and execution, driving the marketplace to become the best lunch destination for office workers. You'll lead the eater-facing Picnic experience across merchandising, relevance, mobile app, and personalized features that make ordering seamless and delightful. This is a high-impact role where you'll define product direction, collaborate closely with design and engineering teams, and use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include: - Defining and executing consumer product strategy to grow the marketplace - Owning merchandising, relevance algorithms, and mobile app experience - Building personalized features that drive engagement and retention - Working with design and engineering to create scalable, delightful experiences - Using SQL and data analysis to uncover opportunities and validate hypotheses - Driving rapid growth in an early-stage consumer product You bring 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with a background in engineering or computer science. You're passionate about the food industry, love building early-stage consumer products, and have hands-on data skills. You thrive in fast-moving environments and can balance data-driven decision-making with product intuition. The role is based in San Francisco or Mountain View with a 5-day-per-week in-office expectation. Picnic believes teams do their best work together, especially when constantly innovating and inventing new products.
