You will lead the development of critical financial markets infrastructure and capabilities, focusing on foreign exchange (FX), yield optimization, and liquidity management. This newly expanded customer-facing FX product platform represents a significant growth opportunity for Airwallex. Key responsibilities include: - Leading high-impact projects from ideation through launch within the financial markets product team - Developing price construction and distribution mechanisms across all channels - Managing market risk and position keeping in coordination with internal stakeholders - Collaborating with the Treasury team to optimize liquidity, manage risks, and provide reporting and controls - Working across product domains to enable access to critical financial services with minimal friction - Defining and leading product strategy for stablecoin features, including customer experience, business architecture, and pricing/execution models The role requires strong technical acumen combined with deep customer empathy. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with exceptional teammates tackling complex, high-visibility problems. The team values builders with founder-like energy, first-principles thinking, and the ability to move quickly while maintaining rigor. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Finance; demonstrated experience in stablecoin/crypto domains; 0-1 product building experience; strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences; and the ability to balance user requirements with commercial strategy.
