RevenueCat is the default monetization platform for mobile apps, processing $12B+ in annual purchase volume and embedded in over 40% of newly shipped subscription apps. The company is a remote-first team of 150+ across 25+ countries, backed by Y Combinator (S18 batch) and top-tier investors. You will lead product strategy for Funnels and Workflows—two of RevenueCat's highest-leverage growth products. Workflows is an orchestration engine enabling developers to trigger paywalls, win-back offers, and lifecycle campaigns based on subscriber behavior. Funnels converts web traffic into paying mobile subscribers, opening a new acquisition channel for customers. Key responsibilities include owning the product strategy and roadmap for both products; conducting deep customer research to understand use cases and identify feature gaps blocking adoption; recommending and developing features that deliver measurable value; setting a cohesive, intentional product vision; and collaborating closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams to bring these tools to market. You'll partner directly with leadership and act as the primary driver for how customers convert, retain, and grow their subscriber base. This role requires balancing customer obsession with data-driven decision-making and technical depth. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of product management, technical product engineering, or analytics experience with meaningful mobile app growth exposure. You are highly analytical and proficient in SQL or similar tools, able to conduct independent data analysis and develop robust metrics. You are technical enough to prototype with code (using AI tools), understand APIs and data models, and work independently with engineering partners. Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, synchronous, and asynchronous channels are essential.
