JustPark is a unified parking platform combining B2B solutions for destinations and B2C services for drivers. The company merged ParkHub (US event parking) and JustPark (UK parking) to create a full-service, frictionless parking solution for businesses and consumers.
As Senior Product Manager for Events, you will own the complete strategy and execution of JustPark's Events proposition—making parking seamless when tens of thousands of people arrive at a venue simultaneously. This is a high-visibility, commercially critical product domain where you'll shape the experience for drivers, venues, and operators.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the Events product strategy, vision, and annual roadmap; proposing new directions ahead of market trends
- Driving product discovery with drivers, venues, and operators to understand jobs to be done
- Taking on ambiguous, high-stakes problems (event-day demand spikes, multi-party venue complexity) and bringing structure where no playbook exists
- Shifting the team from measuring output to measuring outcomes using evidence-led approaches
- Driving development from discovery through launch, working with Engineering and Design
- Writing clear product requirements and managing cross-team dependencies across Engineering, Commercial, Marketing, and Operations
- Aligning senior stakeholders on complex trade-offs and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Mentoring other PMs and raising the bar across the product team
- Defining success metrics and OKRs; using A/B experiments to drive continuous improvement
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Track record of owning a product area end-to-end and raising standards of teams and PMs around you
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills (qualitative and quantitative)
- Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in Agile environments alongside Engineering and Design
- Strong e-commerce experience across web and mobile
- Comfort in fast-paced, scaling tech environments
- Nice to have: two-sided marketplace, live events, ticketing, venues, or high-demand operational products experience
The role is hybrid (3 days in office, with Tuesdays and Thursdays as anchor days). Benefits include 25 days holiday + bank holidays + up to 5 discretionary days, free lunch and snacks on office days, private medical insurance, life assurance, and eye test credits.
