This Senior Product Manager role owns Deepgram's upmarket enterprise motion. Enterprise buyers evaluate readiness as a holistic package—identity, security, compliance, and user experience—and the absence of any single piece stalls deals in security review. You own the outcome and ship fixes wherever they belong: in Console, APIs, or managed endpoints, partnering with other PMs who own those surfaces.
Key responsibilities include: owning the enterprise adoption problem space end-to-end (procurement, security, compliance, UX); setting strategy and sequencing enterprise initiatives like SSO, FedRAMP/FIPS readiness, SBOM self-serve, and Console UX; shipping solutions across multiple surfaces while partnering with surface-owning PMs; driving security and compliance readiness so procurement teams can self-serve; removing product blockers that stall deals in security review; and working directly with engineers, designers, and sales to ship features with minimal consensus-building.
You'll set your own objectives and make trade-offs with minimal steering. This is high-leverage work with explicit path to Staff as scope grows. The role requires an AI-first mindset—AI use is core to how Deepgram operates, and you're expected to actively experiment with advanced AI tools in your daily work.
Ideal candidates have shipped enterprise products into regulated or security-conscious customers; understand enterprise procurement psychology; bring front-end/UX rigor alongside infrastructure thinking; can defend prioritization with customer data and competitive positioning; work AI-natively by default; thrive with objectives and minimal directional guidance; and work fluently across engineering, design, and sales. Nice-to-haves include CS/Software Engineering background, security/compliance shipping experience (FIPS, FedRAMP, SOC 2), and web console or platform-tooling experience.
