Adyen is a global financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products for major brands like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. The company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Devices team within the Engineering Integrity area, which owns the testing, release, observability, certification, and security capabilities that support Adyen's in-person payments platform. The Engineering Integrity team builds critical infrastructure including emulators and hardware-in-the-loop testing, release and rollout systems for the global device fleet, monitoring and health insights, certification tooling, and security/compliance capabilities. As the in-person payments solution scales exponentially across terminals, SoftPOS, and bring-your-own-device offerings, this role will define the product direction for a broad, engineering-heavy platform area. Key responsibilities include: defining product vision and roadmap for fleet stability, testing, release, observability, and certification; partnering with Product and Engineering leadership on device reliability strategy; transforming an engineering-led area into a clear product area with defined users, outcomes, and measurable impact; owning product direction for testing infrastructure including emulators and robot testing; providing tools aligned with team workflows and release risks; directing release and rollout infrastructure to make processes safer and more automated; driving monitoring and fleet health insights; shaping continuous pre-certification strategy; collaborating across Security, Certifications, Engineering, and vendor-facing teams; and defining clear metrics for stability, launch quality, and adoption. The ideal candidate has strong understanding of software delivery, testing, observability, and release processes. Experience with technical platforms, infrastructure, developer tooling, reliability products, or device platforms is highly valued. The role requires a self-starter mindset capable of creating structure in ambiguous environments and building product management for technical areas from the ground up. This is not a ticket-management or pure delivery role, but rather a strategic product leadership position defining direction for a critical platform area.
