Jerry.ai is a fintech platform that simplifies ownership of major assets—starting with car insurance and expanding into home, motorcycle, RV, and boat insurance, plus adjacent services like property tax savings tools. The company has grown to 5M+ customers, raised $240M+, and achieved profitability in early 2024.
You will own one of several new product bets in emerging verticals (home insurance, motorcycle insurance, boat/RV insurance, or non-insurance products like property tax optimization). This is 0-to-1 work: there are no established frameworks or prior playbooks. You'll ramp quickly on a new domain, synthesize quantitative data from the Data Science team and qualitative insights from Customer Research, identify high-leverage priorities, build and ship products, gather customer feedback, iterate, and scale what works.
The role requires deep ownership from early concept through product-market fit and scaling. You'll be a key contributor to the product roadmap and will have meaningful influence on the company's trajectory over the next few years.
You are a first-principles thinker who approaches problems with curiosity and data-driven hypotheses. You act like an owner—if something is broken, you feel responsible for fixing it, even outside your direct scope. You're empathetic and genuinely curious about customer behavior and motivations. Your follow-through is impeccable; nothing falls through the cracks.
You bring 5+ years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), consumer-facing product management, or equivalent roles at high-growth startups. You have strong consumer product instincts from direct building or close collaboration with consumer product teams. You're comfortable with data analysis and can build conviction from messy signals.
