Vanta is a Series D trust management platform helping businesses earn and prove security compliance. As Senior Product Manager for Document Management, you will own the product strategy and execution for agentic workflows that automate document creation, policy management, and gap assessments for compliance frameworks.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Owning agentic document, policies, and procedure creation/editing workflows and gap assessment features
- Helping customers evolve security programs by building AI agent workflows for recommendations and actions
- Understanding customer needs deeply and translating them into clear agent experiences that solve compliance challenges
- Partnering with design and engineering to establish consistent interaction patterns (chat, inline actions, background automations) that make agents reliable, explainable, and safe
- Delivering high-quality products addressing key customer pain points and establishing Vanta's leadership in AI-powered GRC solutions
- Helping define and shape the product team culture as the company grows
Today, document and compliance management is slow, manual, and stressful. Companies must interpret multiple compliance requirements, establish processes, and ensure alignment with auditor expectations. When adopting new frameworks, gap assessments are tedious and often outsourced to consultants. You will build agentic solutions to automate these workflows, helping customers achieve audit readiness faster and scale compliance programs with confidence.
Vanta operates offices in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, and Sydney, with a fully remote option for this role.
