Superhuman (formerly Grammarly) is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the enterprise admin and security experience for Superhuman Docs, an AI-powered collaborative workspace. You'll be responsible for the product roadmap covering user provisioning, SSO, role-based access control, billing, data governance, and AI controls—building for IT admins, line-of-business owners, procurement teams, and economic buyers who manage Superhuman across their organizations. In this role, you will define and improve the end-to-end admin and buyer journey from trial through renewal and expansion. You'll partner with Security, Legal, and Compliance to ensure enterprise requirements for data governance, auditability, and access control are met. You'll drive centralized coordination of enterprise customer needs across product teams, work with Sales and Customer Success to identify and remove friction points that slow deals or increase churn, and build intuitive self-serve admin experiences that empower IT teams to manage Docs at scale. You'll need 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record building admin, billing, or account management products in B2B SaaS. Deep understanding of enterprise IT requirements (SSO, SCIM, RBAC, audit logging, compliance frameworks) is essential. You should have experience designing for multiple distinct user types and a proven ability to build simple, intuitive experiences for complex, multi-product systems. Key competencies include enterprise empathy for IT admins and economic buyers, systems thinking to design for scale and consistency, AI-first operator mindset, extreme ownership, results-driven execution, customer-centered innovation, and low ego. You'll work independently with minimal guidance, manage multiple projects efficiently, and thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments. Superhuman offers competitive pay with comprehensive benefits including excellent healthcare (medical, dental, vision, mental health, fertility), disability and life insurance, 401(k) matching, paid parental leave, 20 days PTO plus 12 holidays, flexible sick time, generous stipends (caregiving, pet care, wellness, home office), annual professional development budget, and a hybrid working model balancing focus time with in-person collaboration.
