As Senior Product Manager for Delivery, you will own the vision and roadmap for ezCater's delivery platform, serving restaurant partners, delivery drivers, and internal operations teams. Your focus is enabling on-time, in-full food delivery for work through best-in-class technology and user experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and evangelizing the delivery platform vision and roadmap using research and data
- Building internal tools for the team to monitor and manage delivery partners effectively
- Leading cross-functional product initiatives with Design, Research, Engineering, Data Analysis, ML/AI, and peer Product Managers
- Defining success metrics and continuously measuring platform performance
- Identifying innovation opportunities to keep the marketplace ahead of competition
- Becoming the champion for ezCater users across all delivery stakeholder groups
- Quarterly travel to Boston for planning sessions and business reviews
You bring 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with marketplace or delivery logistics background. You have proven ability designing and implementing delivery or logistics solutions, deep analytical skills with data manipulation and hypothesis-driven thinking, and strong cross-functional collaboration abilities. You're customer-focused, innovative beyond status quo maintenance, and comfortable with up to 5 days per quarter travel for team gatherings.
