ServiceTitan is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the company's expansion into the Australian market. You will own the multi-year product roadmap for Australia, operating as a "startup within a scale-up" to adapt ServiceTitan's platform for local needs while maintaining global architecture alignment.
Key responsibilities include defining the Australian product vision by balancing immediate localization requirements (GST compliance, date-time modifications, accounting integrations with Xero/MYOB/QuickBooks) with long-term market differentiators. You'll conduct deep customer research with Australian contractors to uncover unarticulated needs and translate insights into actionable requirements. You'll act as a global advocate, collaborating with US-based core product teams to ensure seamless internationalization while defining and delivering Australia-specific functionality with engineering and design partners.
You'll partner closely with the Australian Go-To-Market team (Sales, Implementation, Success) to ensure they're equipped to serve customers effectively and iterate on feedback. You'll establish and track region-specific metrics—product adoption, localized feature parity, churn—that roll up into ServiceTitan's global targets.
Required: 7+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience with proven track record of launching products in new geographic markets or managing complex localization/internationalization projects. You need deep comfort with complex integrations, accounting ecosystems, and API-heavy workflows. You bring entrepreneurial grit, operating with high autonomy and limited resources in a new market entry. You're analytically rigorous, using both quantitative metrics and qualitative insights for prioritization. You can work adjusted hours (7 AM–3 PM AEST) to ensure synchronous collaboration with US teams.
