Robinhood is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Crypto Wallet product, a core initiative as the company expands globally. You'll own the product roadmap for Robinhood Wallet, responsible for evolving the existing experience and defining what's next—including new products and localized experiences for priority markets.
Your core responsibilities include: driving the product strategy and roadmap for the crypto wallet; partnering with research, data science, engineering, and design teams to understand customer needs and translate insights into actionable product strategy; building collaborative relationships across design, engineering, operations, and cross-functional partners to align teams and drive execution; and leading product launches in partnership with communications, content, and marketing teams to ensure intuitive, high-impact experiences.
You'll focus on understanding what customers need on their first day, first week, and first month—whether improving sign-up processes or the self-custody experience—and delivering simple, easy-to-understand solutions that set them up for success.
Required qualifications: 5+ years building and shipping high-quality consumer products; demonstrated use of research, experimentation, and analytics to guide decision-making; close collaboration experience with design and UX research teams; excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to set high-level strategy and execute with cross-functional teams; well-versed in the current crypto wallet market; deep knowledge of onchain culture and products (ideally an active onchain trader); and past fintech or trading experience.
The role is based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Robinhood emphasizes in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community.
