Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy and roadmap for Corporate OS (CorpOS), an internal system-of-systems that powers workforce management, supply chain, accounting, and operational capabilities across the defense technology company. This role focuses specifically on people solutions—timekeeping, labor tracking, compliance, and workforce planning—that must scale with Anduril's rapid growth while meeting stringent government contracting and regulatory requirements.
You will serve as the primary product owner for workforce management capabilities, conducting discovery sessions with employees, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders spanning People Operations, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, and IT. You'll own the end-to-end product strategy, define and execute a 12–18 month roadmap, and drive critical build-vs.-buy decisions by synthesizing business needs, technical constraints, and user experience goals.
Key responsibilities include translating complex compliance requirements (labor laws, union agreements, government contracting regulations) into user-friendly interfaces; partnering with engineering teams to define product requirements and acceptance criteria; using AI-powered analytics and design tools to identify patterns and rapidly prototype solutions; and ensuring audit readiness for government compliance. You'll also monitor system performance, user adoption, and data quality metrics to inform roadmap decisions, and create documentation and change management plans that drive adoption.
Required qualifications: 7+ years of product management or program management experience; proven ability to intake diverse stakeholder requirements and prioritize in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; strong design thinking and creative problem-solving; experience implementing business systems at high-growth companies (5,000–20,000+ employees); exceptional stakeholder management across Finance, People, Legal, and Operations; ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications; strong data analysis skills; and experience with AI-powered analytics and design tools.
Preferred qualifications include experience with workforce planning and scheduling tools for manufacturing or operations, technical skills (SQL, API integrations, data modeling), background in high-security or defense industry environments, and exposure to ERP and HCM platforms (Rippling, Oracle, Workday, ADP, etc.).
