Salary: USD 180,000 - 210,000 / annual

ConductorOne is building C1.ai, a universal control plane for the agentic enterprise that answers the fundamental question: who can do what, when, and why? The platform connects SaaS apps, infrastructure, internal tools, and AI agents to manage identity and access safely as organizations scale. As Senior Product Manager for Core IGA (Identity Governance & Administration), you will own and evolve a core area of C1's identity platform. This is an execution-focused role requiring strong product judgment, deep domain expertise, and customer empathy. Key responsibilities include: - Owning product strategy and roadmap execution for a mature, enterprise-scale IGA product surface - Partnering with Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Sales to prioritize customer needs and resolve escalations - Translating customer feedback, usage data, and market insights into well-defined product investments - Making thoughtful prioritization decisions balancing feature development, technical debt, scalability, and operational improvements - Defining clear product requirements and success metrics for engineering teams - Collaborating cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success on launches and adoption - Monitoring product health through customer feedback, adoption metrics, and business outcomes - Serving as the product domain expert, communicating roadmap priorities and strategic direction internally and to customers You bring 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management experience, ideally in cybersecurity, identity, or infrastructure software. Deep domain expertise in IGA, IAM, privileged access, authentication, authorization, or adjacent security technologies is essential. You have experience owning mature product areas, balancing customer requests with strategic investments and operational excellence. You demonstrate strong product judgment, data-informed decision-making, and the ability to partner closely with Customer Success and Engineering to deliver measurable business outcomes. Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and track record of driving product quality beyond feature delivery are critical.
