Deliverect is an API-first platform revolutionizing commerce for food and retail industries. The company provides on and off-premise solutions that help businesses expand revenue and simplify operations through seamless digital ordering and delivery capabilities. As Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of critical product initiatives and drive Deliverect's expansion into new markets. You'll work closely with GTM teams to identify market requirements, capability gaps, and competitive opportunities, then translate findings into prioritized product requirements with clear business cases. Key responsibilities include: - Leading product strategy and roadmap development aligned with growth objectives, from ideation through launch - Conducting detailed market assessments to identify local POS integrations, payment methods, localization needs, and regulatory requirements - Architecting and optimizing product-led growth (PLG) initiatives including self-serve onboarding, in-product upgrade paths, and usage-driven monetization models - Partnering with engineering, architecture, and design to build scalable solutions and manage technical requirements for APIs and platform integrations - Defining launch readiness criteria and equipping commercial and implementation teams for successful market rollouts - Tracking product KPIs and leveraging analytics, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to prioritize the backlog - Managing stakeholder alignment across internal departments and external partners You bring 5+ years of SaaS product management experience in agile environments, ideally in food tech, foodservice, or hospitality. You have a proven track record taking products into new geographies or segments, with direct experience in localization, regional integrations, or multi-market rollouts. Strong familiarity with campaign management systems, online ordering networks, POS integrations, and API-first architectures is essential. You're data-driven, analytically strong, and excel at leading cross-functional teams through influence and clear communication across time zones. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Paris, requiring 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The company invests in employee growth through dedicated learning budgets.
