Flexport is a global logistics platform that powers $19B+ of annual merchandise movement across 112 countries. The company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Commerce domain—a critical area responsible for end-to-end quality, automation, and profitability of commerce workflows including quoting, billing, invoicing, and cost intelligence optimization.
In this role, you will define and execute product vision and roadmaps (12–18 months) for commerce features used by logistics managers, supply chain leaders, freight operators, and internal teams. Key responsibilities include:
• Owning end-to-end product delivery for commerce workflows, from conception through launch and optimization
• Building intelligent AI agents to automate quoting, billing, and invoicing processes
• Collaborating with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and cross-functional teams across US West Coast and China to translate complex logistics workflows into intuitive user experiences
• Using data and SQL to guide prioritization, measure impact, and develop analytics frameworks for product health and business outcomes
• Contributing to medium- and long-term platform strategy
You should bring 6+ years of product management experience (or equivalent domain expertise) with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional roadmaps. Strong analytical and quantitative skills are essential—SQL proficiency required. You'll have a track record of shipping intuitive UX in data-dense, complex domains and experience simplifying multi-step workflows. Experience with B2B workflow software, supply chain platforms, or logistics technology is a plus. Excellent communication skills around tradeoffs and prioritization are critical for success in this global, fast-paced environment.
