Salary: USD 177,700 - 266,500 / annual

As Senior Product Manager for Command Center, you will own the product vision and roadmap for Harvey's operational control surface—the admin and governance platform where enterprise customers monitor adoption, manage users and access, and govern Harvey's deployment at scale. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on Harvey's ability to land and expand within complex, regulated organizations. Key responsibilities include: - Define and drive product strategy and roadmap spanning usage analytics, administrative controls, and organizational governance - Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, secure, intuitive admin experiences meeting enterprise operational needs - Engage directly with enterprise customers, customer success, and sales to understand pain points, reporting requirements, and integration needs - Establish and track metrics for platform adoption, admin efficiency, and governance coverage - Design dashboards, reporting, and controls that translate product usage data into actionable visibility - Drive cross-functional alignment on trade-offs, sequencing, and scope with clear communication at executive and working-team levels You bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience with significant time building for large enterprise customers. You have deep familiarity with enterprise admin, analytics, and governance domains including usage reporting, identity management (SSO, SCIM, RBAC), audit logging, and access controls. A technical background or strong desire to engage deeply with engineering design and trade-offs is essential. You've navigated complex enterprise environments, working with security, compliance, and IT stakeholders to deliver products meeting rigorous organizational requirements. You combine strong analytical and communication skills with a track record of shipping high-quality products end-to-end in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
