Webflow is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the Code product area, which enables developers and AI agents to extend Webflow with custom code. This role sits at the intersection of Webflow's visual canvas and real code—one of the most technically complex and interesting seams in the product. You will own the roadmap and delivery for code-based extensibility surfaces, starting with code components. Key responsibilities include designing interfaces that serve both human developers and AI agents as first-class users, defining quality standards for developer-grade extensibility, and ensuring visual and code representations stay synchronized as the platform evolves. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to sequence work so that separate surfaces reinforce each other and shared primitives are built once. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical engagement. You'll prototype, read and reason about code, and make sharp technical decisions. You'll contribute heavily to strategy, then execute against it as a peer and thought partner to your manager (Director of Product Management, Develop) rather than in a top-down structure. The role demands someone who can hold multiple perspectives simultaneously—balancing the needs of developers, AI agents, and the broader platform without losing sight of any. You'll help shape durable product bets in a rapidly evolving landscape of developer tooling and AI-assisted coding. Requirements: BA/BS degree or equivalent; business-level English fluency; 5+ years of product management experience with real depth in developer or platform products (APIs, extensibility, or developer tooling preferred). You should be genuinely technical—comfortable reading code, holding opinions on API and abstraction design, and working within codebases. You'll thrive if you relate deeply to your users, enjoy the full craft of building software, work as a peer and thought partner, stay curious about emerging AI and developer tools, and find fulfillment in helping people ship.
