Salary: USD 165,000 - 195,000 / annual

The company partners with cities, businesses, schools, and neighborhoods to reduce crime and protect privacy through intelligent video and camera technology. You will own the end-to-end cloud video experience at Flock, including customer-facing workflows (live viewing, playback, search, video management) and the underlying platform infrastructure. This is a strategic role overseeing one of Flock's fastest-growing product areas. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the complete roadmap for video onboarding, live viewing, playback, search, and management - Driving strategy for Flock's cloud video platform and third-party integrations - Balancing customer needs with platform scalability and reliability - Partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Customer Success - Conducting customer discovery and translating insights into product strategy - Leading cross-functional alignment on short-term execution and long-term vision You should have 5+ years of product management experience building SaaS, platform, or infrastructure products. Strong technical fluency with cloud infrastructure, APIs, distributed systems, and architecture is essential. Experience with video technologies, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software is a plus. You must be customer-obsessed with a proven track record of turning user feedback into product strategy.
