Qualia is a leading B2B real estate technology platform that powers the home closing experience for millions of consumers annually through its SMB and Enterprise products. The platform unites homebuyers, sellers, lenders, title and escrow agents, and real estate agents on a single shared digital closing platform.
As Senior Product Manager for Qualia Clear's Curative Agents, you will own the end-to-end AI agent portfolio—from roadmap and scoping through release, adoption, and iteration. This role focuses on autonomous agents that perform real title work in production across all 50 states, helping settlement agencies accelerate and improve closing quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the curative agent portfolio end-to-end: roadmap, scoping, release, adoption, and iteration
- Scoping agents with deep, precise requirements for AI systems working real title workflows
- Building rapid prototypes to pressure-test ideas before committing engineering resources
- Partnering with Engineering and Design to break ambitious goals into shippable milestones
- Writing clear, plain-language PRDs that frame problems, success criteria, and context
- Analyzing deployment and utilization data to sharpen priorities each release
- Monitoring cost-of-goods-sold per agent run and driving efficiency without sacrificing accuracy
- Reporting to executives on roadmap, adoption, and agent performance
- Working directly with GTM, customer success, and customers to drive adoption
You should have 5+ years of product management experience building exceptional software, with demonstrated experience building AI agents (professionally or personally). You are fluent with AI tooling like Claude Code as a daily working method, understand how models work and their industry implications, and can get up to speed on title quickly. You thrive in complex, interconnected systems (Enterprise SaaS/ERP experience preferred), are metrics-driven with a track record of defining and acting on success metrics, and communicate exceptionally well in writing. Real estate, title, or escrow industry knowledge is a plus.
