Salary: CAD 153,000 - 213,000 / annual

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, offering buy-now-pay-later solutions without hidden fees or compounding interest. The Purchasing Experience product team owns the core checkout experience for millions of users. As a Senior Product Manager on the Terms and Payments team, you will own the checkout experience where consumers select and review their payment terms. You'll drive conversion, clarity, and confidence at the critical moment of commitment. Your responsibilities include: • Owning the core checkout experience focused on term and payment selection, with emphasis on conversion and user confidence • Designing and running experiments to improve how consumers understand and choose their payment terms • Defining and shipping new UX patterns that transform the checkout experience, using research insights and close collaboration with design and analytics • Partnering with Legal and Compliance to understand regulatory requirements and their impact on user experience • Working with international product partners to expand the terms experience into new markets while maintaining design system coherence • Developing deep understanding of user behavior and sharing insights across the team and stakeholders • Driving an ambitious roadmap by identifying high-leverage opportunities, aligning cross-functional partners, and owning execution from concept through launch You bring 5+ years of Product Management experience with a strong sense of taste for user experience. You're analytically rigorous, comfortable with data interpretation and experiment analysis. You execute with high agency, ship reliably, and hold yourself to a high bar on quality. You work effectively across product, design, engineering, analytics, and research teams, building trust without relying on authority. Strong communication skills allow you to drive narratives and explain tradeoffs clearly. You're coachable and seek feedback actively. Experience with checkout, e-commerce, or fintech products is a bonus.
