SeatGeek is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Catalog—the foundational data layer powering the live events ticketing platform. This role is deeply cross-functional and high-leverage: the catalog defines every event, seat, venue map, and ticket attribute available to fans. You will own the vision and strategy for making SeatGeek's representation of the live event world the most accurate, comprehensive, and richly detailed in the industry.
Key responsibilities include: raising the bar on catalog coverage and freshness by getting new events and onsales live faster and closing inventory gaps; blending user, data, and domain knowledge to identify where better catalog data can redefine the fan experience (seat features, views, maps, enriched content); partnering with operations and marketplace teams to design tooling and processes for ingesting and maintaining catalog data at scale; working with analytics to define and monitor catalog health metrics (coverage, freshness, accuracy, match rate); evangelizing catalog work across the company and collaborating with PMs across the shopping funnel and post-purchase experience; staying ahead of AI, ML, and emerging technologies that can automate ingestion and improve matching; and mentoring junior product team members.
You bring 5+ years of product management experience with a strong track record shipping impactful products at scale, ideally in marketplace, platform, or data-intensive contexts. You have owned foundational data, catalog, or platform products where accuracy, completeness, and freshness are core value drivers and downstream teams depend on your work. You're comfortable operating in complex, ambiguous problem spaces and can design systems that make messy real-world domains structured, scalable, and trustworthy. You have strong data fluency—defining quality metrics, diving into analytics, and partnering with analysts to make evidence-based decisions. You've partnered with operations teams and designed internal tooling or workflows, understanding that great catalog data is as much about process and people as product. You have excellent communication and storytelling skills, with proficiency in modern prototyping tools (Claude, Figma, Make, Loveable, or similar). You can lead cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals with urgency and clarity. Ideally, you have experience with products leveraging ML or AI for data ingestion, entity matching, or content enrichment at scale, and experience with marketplace or ticketing products where a high-quality catalog is a core competitive advantage. You're able to work East Coast hours (10am–5pm ET, occasional 9am ET starts).
