Parachute Health is a digital ordering platform transforming post-acute care by connecting health systems, health plans, and suppliers to help patients access life-saving medical equipment and supplies at home. The company has connected 300,000+ clinicians and 3,000+ supplier locations across all 50 states, serving 15M+ patients. As Senior Product Manager for Catalog, you will own the systems, data model, and internal tools that make Parachute's product catalog accurate, scalable, and usable by category managers, suppliers, and all ordering workflows. The catalog is a core differentiator—getting product facts, SKUs, packages, attributes, and mappings right enables clinicians to order the correct DME and suppliers to fulfill orders efficiently. You will lead a balanced product team (engineering + design) to improve how product information is modeled, managed, published, and consumed across the platform. Working closely with Merchandising, platform partners, and business stakeholders, you'll ensure catalog quality keeps pace with supplier growth and clinical ordering complexity. Key responsibilities include: defining catalog product strategy and health metrics; partnering with Merchandising and operations on discovery to identify workflow gaps and data-model debt; prioritizing release slices that optimize time-to-value; measuring success metrics tied to business goals (catalog quality, merch throughput, orderability); aligning your team on clear strategy; building unifying artifacts (roadmaps, briefs, launch plans); staying hands-on through discovery, scoping, build, launch, and iteration; coordinating with adjacent teams; and establishing feedback loops with category managers, suppliers, and internal consumers. You bring 7+ years of product management experience with substantial time owning catalog, PIM, commerce data, or similar systems. You have shipped catalog or product-information systems at scale, understand how product data quality drives e-commerce and marketplace outcomes, are comfortable with data modeling and system architecture, create alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, and thrive in ambiguity. Healthcare experience is a plus but not required. You are mission-driven, willing to travel ~1 trip per quarter, and based in the United States.
