As Senior Product Manager for Capital Management, you will own the product roadmap for capital-related workflows including capital calls, distributions, treasury operations, and accounting integrations. You'll work on high-stakes, operationally intensive processes that fund managers depend on daily, transforming complex workflows into intuitive, scalable, audit-ready product experiences.
Key responsibilities include defining and driving the capital management product roadmap; identifying opportunities to automate and simplify complex operational processes; conducting customer interviews and market research to understand user needs; translating insights into precise product requirements and user stories; partnering with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products; serving as the primary point of contact for product decisions; ensuring cross-functional alignment throughout the product lifecycle; defining success metrics and using data to inform iteration; and staying ahead of industry trends in fund finance and treasury tools.
You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and customer success teams. The role requires 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, private markets, or back-office financial operations. You should have proven experience owning mission-critical, data-intensive product areas with high compliance or audit requirements, and demonstrated success ramping up in complex financial domains within startup or high-growth environments. Domain understanding of fund mechanics (capital calls, LP notices, distributions, treasury, accounting) is a plus.
