Auth0, an Okta company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Enterprise Federation team and shape the future of Auth0's B2B platform. You will own two critical product areas: Enterprise Connections (pre-built connectors integrating workforce Identity Providers for seamless enterprise onboarding) and B2B Connect (enabling Auth0 deployment on top of existing customer IdPs).
Key responsibilities include driving modularization of Auth0's B2B offerings so customers can adopt high-value features without full identity migration, leading the standards roadmap by deepening understanding of regional and vertical identity standards, and delivering incremental value by bridging long-term vision with practical execution. You will champion developer and admin experience, ensuring frictionless interactions at every touchpoint.
You will conduct hands-on research and prototyping of identity and tenancy solutions, deeply embed yourself in B2B software development to understand multi-tenant SaaS pain points, and work closely with engineering and design teams to build actionable requirements and detailed specifications. You'll own roadmap development, create compelling business cases, and follow the product delivery lifecycle while upholding security, architecture, and design standards.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years leading as a Product Manager or Team Lead in Engineering, 8+ years in technology/IT/software, and a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science (or equivalent bootcamp completion). You need deep understanding of identity and directory protocols (OAuth, SAML, SCIM), experience designing APIs and specifications, practical data analysis skills (SQL), and proven success shipping iterative value in B2B SaaS environments. Strong technical mindset, strategic thinking combined with operational rigor, customer empathy across regions and verticals, and agile product leadership are essential.
