The marketplace operates as a stock market for digital assets, enabling gamers to trade items fast, safely, and with confidence.
In this role, you will own core marketplace products end-to-end, including pricing, liquidity, trading flows, and the systems that power them. This is a hands-on position for a product manager comfortable working in a technical domain, collaborating daily with engineering and data teams to define what to build, why, and in what order.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the roadmap for key marketplace features from conception through launch
- Converting user, market, and trading data into clear priorities and detailed specifications
- Working closely with engineering on trade-offs, system architecture, and delivery timelines
- Running experiments and A/B tests, then acting decisively on results
- Improving core metrics: liquidity, trust, conversion, and retention
- Setting vision and roadmap while shipping, measuring, and iterating rapidly
You should have strong PM fundamentals with demonstrated roadmap ownership and prioritization skills. Technical fluency is essential—you can read APIs, reason about system trade-offs, and engage confidently with engineers (former engineering background is a plus). You're comfortable with data and experimentation, including SQL and analytics. Ideally, you have background in marketplaces, fintech/trading, gaming, or digital assets. You excel at making complex decisions simple and can defend them to leadership. The role requires 5+ years in product, ideally at senior or lead level.
