The company is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a key product area and drive innovation across the platform. In this role, you will lead cross-functional agile teams (including remote members) through the entire product lifecycle for complex products. You will own long-term product discovery, strategic roadmaps, and execution while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Key responsibilities include collaborating with designers, engineers, data scientists, and senior stakeholders to develop new features and optimize existing products; prioritizing features using robust product management frameworks; conducting in-depth user research and leveraging data insights to identify strategic opportunities and define new product visions; driving decision-making through clear priorities and data-driven success metrics (both quantitative and qualitative); communicating product strategy, status updates, and risks to executive leadership; cultivating connections between sales, marketing, and customer service to promote product-focused mindsets; and mentoring junior Product Managers while inspiring teams to achieve high performance and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. You will work in a central Edinburgh office location with flexible working options and opportunities to connect with colleagues through company-wide celebrations, ERG activities, and team socials. Requirements: - Significant product management experience working within agile teams, with proven history of driving business impact and delivering effective products - Comprehensive understanding of product management principles, including long-term strategy, roadmap development, and agile methodologies - Demonstrated experience in cross-functional teams with ability to influence senior leadership and executive stakeholders without direct authority - Expertise in user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to independently define strategic direction and product development - Skilled in critical assessment and oversight, with expertise in defining and supervising key performance indicators and measures of achievement - Passion for emerging technologies and their potential to transform product areas and user experience - Strong communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills with ability to align diverse teams around long-term vision
