We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead one of our key product areas. You will work within a cross-functional product squad to drive innovation and product evolution in a rapidly changing landscape, defining new and ambiguous problem spaces. Key Responsibilities: - Lead cross-functional agile teams, including remote members, through the entire product lifecycle for complex products - Own long-term product discovery, strategic roadmaps, and execution while aligning with business goals and customer needs - Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and senior stakeholders to develop new features and optimize existing products - Prioritize features and enhancements using robust product management frameworks - Conduct in-depth user research and leverage data insights to identify strategic opportunities and define new product visions - Drive decision-making by setting clear priorities and using quantitative and qualitative data to measure success - Communicate product strategy, status updates, and risks to executive leadership and internal teams - Build connections between sales, marketing, and customer service to drive product-focused mindsets across the organization - Inspire and mentor junior Product Managers, establishing a culture of high collaboration and innovation Requirements: - Significant product management experience working within agile teams with a proven track record of driving business impact and delivering effective products - Comprehensive understanding of product management principles, including long-term strategy, roadmap development, and agile methodologies - Demonstrated experience in cross-functional teams with ability to influence senior leadership and executives without direct authority - Expertise in user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to independently define strategic direction - Skilled in critical assessment and oversight, with expertise in defining and supervising KPIs and measures of achievement - Passion for emerging technologies and their potential to transform products and user experience - Strong communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills with ability to align diverse teams around a long-term vision
