Trustpilot is a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company and the world's largest open customer review platform. The company is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a key product area and drive innovation across the organization.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional agile teams (including remote members) through the entire product lifecycle for complex products. You'll take ownership of long-term product discovery, strategic roadmaps, and execution while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. You will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, data scientists, and senior stakeholders to develop new features and optimize existing products.
Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with designers, engineers, data scientists, and senior stakeholders
- Prioritizing features and enhancements using robust product management frameworks
- Conducting in-depth user research and leveraging data insights to identify strategic opportunities
- Driving decision-making through clear priorities and data-driven success metrics
- Communicating product strategy, status updates, and risks to executive leadership
- Building connections between sales, marketing, and customer service to drive product-focused mindsets
- Mentoring junior Product Managers and fostering a culture of high collaboration and innovation
Requirements:
- Significant product management experience working within agile teams with proven track record of driving business impact and delivering effective products
- Comprehensive understanding of product management principles, including long-term strategy, roadmap development, and agile methodologies
- Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams and successfully influencing senior leadership and executives without direct authority
- Expertise in user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to independently define strategic direction
- Skilled in critical assessment and oversight, with expertise in defining and supervising KPIs and performance measures
- Passion for emerging technologies and their potential to transform products and user experience
- Strong communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills with ability to align diverse teams around long-term vision
