Topline Pro is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a core agentic product serving service professionals (roofers, landscapers, painters, cleaners). You'll report directly to the Chief Product Officer and own the complete roadmap and execution of an AI-powered product that helps service pros acquire direct business and grow faster. In this role, you will lead a dedicated pod of product, design, and engineering talent to build high-impact features customers love. You'll discover, plan, and own the roadmap for Topline Pro's agentic marketing products, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success to ship features and drive adoption. You'll conduct continuous user research to deeply understand customer needs and effectively communicate progress and learnings across the organization. Topline Pro is an AI-powered Shopify for service businesses, helping thousands of local service professionals get discovered, trusted, and booked. The company was co-founded by Nick Ornitz (CEO) and Shannon Kay (COO), is YC-backed, well-funded with several years of runway, and has experienced rapid growth. The team of 120+ was named one of the top 50 Tech Companies building for SMBs in 2023 and 2024. You should have a minimum of 4 years of full-time product management experience with a strong understanding of user-centric, agile development practices. Experience building AI-powered products is a plus. You're passionate about creating great user experiences, ambitious about inventing game-changing features, data-driven in tracking and measuring performance, resourceful in validating concepts in early-stage environments, and a clear communicator who can maintain alignment during hypergrowth.
