Steno is a fast-growing litigation technology company transforming court reporting and legal workflows with modern, AI-powered solutions. Founded in 2019, the company has achieved rapid market adoption by partnering with law firms to simplify complex workflows, deliver reliable outcomes, and provide case insights while modernizing a traditionally outdated industry. As Senior Product Manager, you will own a core product area at Steno, leading vision, roadmap, and execution while working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver measurable results. You'll define and execute the product vision for your assigned users and workflows, driving innovation and usability at scale. You'll lead a cross-functional development squad, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and business to deliver high-impact solutions that improve user workflows and efficiency. Steno's product philosophy centers on deeply understanding user pain points first. The company doesn't add features to check boxes for sales; instead, it follows core principles: thorough user research, precise problem definition, and thoughtful solution design. In this role, you'll identify opportunities to meaningfully improve how users work while maintaining a high bar for solving real problems that deliver concrete value. You are a self-starter and strategic problem-solver who brings clarity to ambiguity, transforming undefined challenges into cohesive, scalable product experiences. You have a strong technical foundation enabling effective collaboration with engineers while advocating for user needs and business outcomes. You excel at navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments, aligning teams around shared vision, and making data-driven decisions. You're naturally curious and eager to learn—deep domain expertise isn't required on day one, but you pick things up quickly. Exceptional communication skills and a hospitality mindset are essential; you lead with empathy, operate effectively under pressure, and create seamless, intuitive experiences for users. The role is full-time, remote, and includes salary, benefits, PTO, flexible schedule, and equity.
