As Senior Product Manager, you will own a core product area at Steno, leading vision, roadmap, and execution while working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver measurable results. You'll define and execute the product vision for your assigned users and workflows, driving innovation and usability at scale. You'll lead a cross-functional development squad, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and business to deliver high-impact solutions that improve user workflows and efficiency.

You're naturally curious and eager to learn—deep domain expertise isn't required on day one, but you pick things up quickly. Exceptional communication skills and a hospitality mindset are essential; you lead with empathy, operate effectively under pressure, and create seamless, intuitive experiences for users.
