Spark Advisors is building healthcare technology to transform Medicare advisory services. The company operates a fast-growing platform that combines AI, CRM, and client services to help 10,000+ brokers acquire, enroll, and support Medicare clients. The platform is backed by Primary Ventures and Viewpoint Ventures, and the team includes talent from Square, Ramp, Yext, Oscar, and Cedar.
As Senior Product Manager, you will own a critical internal platform that powers Spark's carrier contracting, commissions, and agency operations. This is not a simple internal tool but a purpose-built product that encodes the operational intelligence behind Spark's ability to scale. You'll translate complex regulatory and operational workflows into intuitive, reliable systems that grow with the business.
Key responsibilities include owning product areas related to scaling operations, collaborating with engineering and design to define specs and ship features, maintaining tight feedback loops with the operations team as your primary user constituency, conducting user interviews and analyzing product usage to identify high-impact opportunities, serving as a subject matter expert in your domain, and bringing clarity to ambiguous problems.
You'll work independently and partner with senior stakeholders including C-level leadership at this Series B startup. The role balances execution and discovery—shipping intentional, user-centric workflows while staying curious about underlying systems and data.
Ideal candidates have a track record managing successful product domains in B2B SaaS or platform products, experience building internal tools or systems of record, strong workflow intuition, regulatory awareness, and the ability to write clear product specs. You should be comfortable with cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. The company offers remote work, sabbaticals, company retreats, and was recognized as one of Inc. Magazine's Best Workplaces of 2025.
