Presence is the leading provider of teletherapy solutions for children with diverse needs, connecting speech-language pathologists, school psychologists, occupational therapists, and mental health specialists to K-12 school districts nationwide. With over 2,000 clinicians and 8 million teletherapy sessions delivered, the company is mission-driven to ensure every child has access to specialized support. As Senior Product Manager, you'll report to the VP of Product and own platform experiences that enable clinicians to deliver and document special education services. Approximately two-thirds of the current roadmap focuses on net-new, AI-native capabilities, including an AI Copilot for report writing, documentation, session planning, and IEP writing. You'll shape this capability by partnering with designers, engineers, clinicians, and business stakeholders to reimagine how high-quality teletherapy is delivered and documented. Key responsibilities include owning product definition and solution design for Platform Therapy Delivery experiences, extensive resource libraries, state and school district mandated documentation and report writing, and IEP goals and metrics tracking. You'll translate prioritized problems into AI-native product solutions, lead continuous discovery with clinicians and school stakeholders, and build and validate prototypes using AI-assisted tools while adhering to FERPA, HIPAA, SOC2 Type II, and WCAG AA standards. You'll navigate a SaaS-plus-service model, define and track product success metrics, lead an interdisciplinary pod of designers and engineers, and collaborate across business, marketing, analytics, legal, sales, support, clinical, and operations teams on product releases and go-to-market plans. This is a cross-functional role requiring comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving, matrixed environment. The role is remote-first with core working hours Monday-Friday, 12-5 p.m. ET, and up to 10% travel may be required for in-person connection with teams, clinicians, and school partners.
