As Senior Product Manager, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Pebl's Employer of Record (EOR) platform features. This is an individual contributor role where you drive product definition and strategy while collaborating closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the complete product lifecycle for EOR platform capabilities, from strategy through shipped and adopted features
- Translating customer needs, market insights, and business objectives into prioritized product requirements
- Defining use cases for AI agents to automate and streamline employee workflows within the EOR platform
- Partnering with engineering leads on architecture decisions, API design, and technical feasibility assessments
- Working hands-on with data: writing SQL queries, analyzing usage patterns, and instrumenting features to measure impact
- Defining success metrics, running experiments, and iterating based on data-driven insights
- Communicating roadmap, trade-offs, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership
You should have 5+ years of product management experience with a computer science background or equivalent technical depth. Ideal candidates have a track record of owning product areas end-to-end, hands-on experience testing products before release, strong communication skills for both executives and engineers, and startup experience in FinTech or HR tech. Experience taking a product from 0-1 or a technical co-founder background is preferred.
This is a hybrid role based in Palo Alto with required in-office collaboration at least 3 days per week.
