This Senior Product Manager role is part of an AI-native team based in Herzliya (Glilot), operating on a hybrid basis. You will own the complete product lifecycle for your area—from discovery and definition through delivery and post-launch learning—without waiting for handoffs. This is a high-autonomy position requiring experienced judgment, commercial acumen, and technical literacy.
Key responsibilities include: developing deep customer understanding through direct user engagement; running and interpreting your own data to define goals, KPIs, and measure impact; designing and executing experiments with statistical rigor; orchestrating AI agents and tools to accelerate research and execution while eliminating low-value work; communicating decisions clearly to stakeholders; and fostering a learning organization culture through cross-team knowledge sharing.
You will need 6+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of owning business outcomes, not just shipping features. The ideal candidate is commercially minded and user-focused, with strong analytical instincts and the ability to work directly with data. Technical fluency is essential—you must understand system architecture well enough to have substantive conversations with engineers and make informed trade-offs. AI fluency is table stakes; you should use AI tools as a core part of your workflow for research, synthesis, prototyping, and analysis. Exceptional communication skills, curiosity, honesty, and team collaboration are critical. You should demonstrate high agency, moving independently while knowing when to involve others, and bring creativity, passion, flexibility, and humility to the role.
