PactFi is building secure, end-to-end operational infrastructure for private asset markets (PE, private credit, VC, real estate). The private asset market has grown to $9.8T in AUM over the past decade and is projected to reach $17T within five years, yet most participants still rely on error-prone, internal-only software solutions. PactFi's web-based platform brings together all parties in complex private credit transactions to efficiently allocate capital, complete KYC, share documents, manage fund flows, and more. The platform meets bank-grade security standards and holds SOC 2 Type 2 attestation. The company was developed in close partnership with two of the industry's largest players, both top-3 operators in private credit by AUM and deal activity. As Senior Product Manager, you will own a core product surface end-to-end: strategy, discovery, delivery, and post-launch iteration. This is a hands-on product role focused on commercial outcomes—adoption, revenue, and margin—not just delivery velocity. You will run structured discovery by talking directly with users, testing problems before solutions, and bringing evidence into prioritization decisions. You will own post-launch outcomes including usage data, feedback loops, and iteration cycles, treating the ship date as a beginning rather than an end. You will partner closely with go-to-market on positioning and launch readiness for your surface without owning the broader GTM function. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, business development, and enablement to move from problem identification to shipped outcomes. You will bring a thoughtful perspective on how AI changes both your product surface and your work as a PM, and set a standard for product craft that the broader team can learn from. You have owned commercial outcomes for a product area, not just delivered against someone else's roadmap. You have a track record of running structured discovery rather than simply prioritizing a backlog. You have operated effectively in ambiguity within smaller or earlier-stage environments where processes weren't already built. You have real, current fluency in applied AI both as a product surface and as a tool in your own work. You are comfortable in regulated, data-sensitive, workflow-heavy environments where correctness and auditability are non-negotiable. You are based in New York and available for in-person work.
