Outreach is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for an AI-powered product area serving revenue and go-to-market teams. This role sits at the intersection of product management, AI/ML, and enterprise SaaS, with a focus on building AI-driven capabilities that genuinely solve customer problems.
In this role, you will:
• Own the complete product vision and strategy for your area, including defining success metrics (adoption, quality, business impact) and holding the roadmap accountable to those bars.
• Lead AI/ML product strategy: identify high-impact use cases for LLM-powered capabilities, copilots, or agentic workflows; define evaluation criteria and quality standards; and partner with data science and ML engineering to move capabilities from experimentation into production, including guardrails, human-in-the-loop design, and real-world failure modes.
• Conduct customer discovery and research with revenue teams (sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations) to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and how they actually work day-to-day.
• Define and prioritize work with explicit trade-offs on scope, sequencing, and timelines; communicate reasoning clearly to cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Establish measurement frameworks and use data to steer roadmap decisions. Track market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform positioning and priorities.
• Collaborate with product marketing, enablement, and finance on launch strategy, positioning, pricing, and packaging.
• Drive cross-organizational initiatives where your product area depends on or is depended on by other teams.
Requirements:
• 7+ years of product management experience building enterprise or B2B SaaS products.
• Proven experience launching AI or data products with LLM-powered capabilities, copilots, or agentic workflows, including ownership of quality post-launch.
• Fluency in modern AI stacks: model integration, context windows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and inference optimization.
• Experience with analytics, reporting, or performance-measurement products, or products that turn behavioral data into recommendations and guidance.
• Background building products for go-to-market teams (sales, marketing, revenue operations, customer success).
• Experience with conversation intelligence or products built on unstructured interaction data.
• Clear understanding of AI governance, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI principles as they apply to enterprise readiness.
• Experience working in distributed product organizations across multiple regions.
