We're seeking a Senior Product Manager with 6+ years of experience to drive 0-to-1 product initiatives and new business lines. This is a builder's role for someone who has taken products from concept to first customers and revenue. You'll identify and validate new opportunities, establish new product lines and verticals, and build platform capabilities that enable scaling across markets.
You'll work closely with company leadership, GTM/Strategic Partnerships, and Engineering to navigate ambiguity and ship revenue-generating products. You may also support scaling the Product Platform to drive adoption of existing functionality across new business lines.
Within your first month, you'll become familiar with Nova Credit's product suite, build cross-functional partnerships, and engage in customer discovery. By the end of Q1, you'll have pressure-tested 1-2 new opportunities and defined success metrics for early bets. Within the first year, you'll contribute to taking a new product from concept through early revenue, develop a repeatable 0-to-1 playbook, and help shape product culture and long-term vision.
You bring 6+ years of B2B or B2B2C product management with a proven track record of shipping high-performing products. You're a proven 0-to-1 builder who thrives in ambiguity, is discovery-driven, and obsessed with customers. You're data-fluent (SQL, analytics dashboards), navigate technical trade-offs with engineering, and communicate complex concepts across functions. Experience with fintech, credit infrastructure, or data platforms is valuable.
This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in-office: Mon/Tue/Thu) based in the New York Metropolitan area, reporting to the Head of Product. Relocation support is available.
