As Senior Product Manager, you will shape innovative logistics solutions powered by advanced AI models and integrations. You'll drive product vision and strategy for core logistics solutions, collaborating closely with engineering, design, solutions, and go-to-market teams to solve real-world operational challenges for large enterprises. Key responsibilities include defining and executing product strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs; collaborating with engineering, design, and solutions teams to design and launch features that integrate with enterprise OMS, WMS, TMS, and POS systems; leading product discovery to identify new opportunities; owning the full product lifecycle from concept through launch; working directly with customers and solutions engineers to develop use cases and validate requirements; building product documentation and enablement materials; driving analytics to measure success and adoption; staying hands-on with AI advancements and testing new models with real-world use cases; and serving as a product evangelist representing Nash's vision. You should have 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or enterprise software. Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in system integrations, APIs, and complex enterprise environments is essential. You'll need proactive discovery and analytical skills, exposure to AI tools and models, and experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and technical sales teams. Excellent communication skills and an ownership mindset are critical. Ideal candidates have previous experience in logistics, delivery, or supply chain technology; experience shipping AI-native or agent-driven product features; or hands-on data analysis and financial modeling skills.
