Melio is a fast-growing B2B payments platform helping small business owners streamline back-office operations. As Senior Product Manager on the Melio.com team, you will own the full product development lifecycle—from research and discovery through launch—for innovative payment solutions. You'll work closely with large customers and partners to embed and grow the Melio platform into their products and services, acting as the connective tissue across engineering, design, data, marketing, operations, business development, and sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with large customers and enterprise partners to understand their needs and identify growth opportunities for embedded payment solutions
- Build business cases for new products and features through market research, competitive analysis, user interviews, and stakeholder feedback
- Define success metrics and prioritize features based on impact and strategic alignment
- Write clear product specifications, feature cards, and technical requirements documentation
- Guide engineering teams through development, ensuring delivery of delightful payment experiences
- Master partner domains, user behavior, workflows, and jobs-to-be-done to contextualize growth opportunities
You'll be a storyteller who can articulate complex problems into compelling narratives that inspire cross-functional teams. You excel at soft leadership—conducting collaboration without forced authority, ensuring every discipline has a voice. Your communication skills are exceptional, both in writing (for R&D alignment) and speaking (with partners and stakeholders). You thrive in ambiguity, drive alignment across silos, and have a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle.
Melio has offices in New York and Tel Aviv with a vibrant, diverse culture. The Product department sets vision and strategy, working alongside engineers, designers, and data scientists to envision, build, and scale products to the right market.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager on B2B products for large companies and enterprises
- Demonstrated experience working on complex integration projects with large customers and/or companies
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills; ability to articulate problems clearly in writing and verbally
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across data, marketing, operations, business development, and sales
- Strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle
- Fluent in English with excellent speaking and writing skills
