As Senior Product Manager for Intelligence & Applied AI, you will own the end-to-end product development of frontier AI automation capabilities. This is a 0-to-1 role where you'll define platform features that power Luminai's core value proposition: enabling healthcare organizations to delegate complex, manual workflows to autonomous AI systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deep customer discovery to translate healthcare operational needs into product specifications within the first 3 months
- Leading the full product lifecycle from ideation through prototyping, launch, and optimization
- Developing and maintaining a product roadmap that balances near-term deliverables with long-term platform strategy
- Establishing the product process for the Intelligence/Applied AI area
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, GTM, sales, and customer success teams
- Defining success metrics and making data-driven product decisions
- Working through ambiguous, early-stage product questions with limited established processes
- Close partnership with platform engineering to connect product strategy to automation-oriented technical approach
You'll need 5+ years of PM experience, with proven success taking products from 0-to-1 through scale. Strong technical fluency is essential—you should be comfortable with platform products, APIs, cloud systems, and writing detailed specs for technical audiences. Startup experience beyond traditional PM (including GTM exposure) is valued. You must have a founder mindset, strong cross-functional leadership skills, and a track record of delivering measurable customer value.
The team works in-office 4 days per week (Monday-Friday, with Wednesday as optional WFH) at either the San Francisco or New York office.
