Kit is an email-first operating system for creators—coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters—who want to grow and monetize their audiences. The platform combines email marketing automation, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites in one unified creator marketing hub. Kit is 100% independent, 100% remote, and on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion. You'll join as Senior Product Manager owning the Builders team, which manages the core publishing platform: email template editors, landing page builders, forms, and newsletter sites. This is foundational to every creator's journey with Kit. You'll own key product surfaces end-to-end—from identifying opportunities to shipping features that reach hundreds of thousands of creators and over a billion subscribers. In your first week, you'll immerse in Kit's product ecosystem, learn the Builders surfaces, and meet cross-functional partners. By month one, you'll establish rituals, ship your first feature, and meet customers. Within six months, you'll have a clear point of view on how Kit wins in the market and how success looks for your team. Over your first year, you'll lead major initiatives from conception through launch, driving measurable customer and business impact. You'll report to Katie Swett Miller, Chief Product Officer, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Success, and Sales. You'll have access to a peer group of Product Managers for mentorship and support. Success requires 6–9+ years of product management with significant ownership of core, revenue-driving product areas. Ideally, you've built high-quality, scaled software including creation tools, editors, or content/publishing surfaces. You should have deep experience with content creation online and a proven track record of partnering closely with design on long-term product vision and craft. Key skills: data-informed decision-making, strong product judgment, systems thinking, deep design collaboration, cross-functional influence, AI fluency, and clear communication. Bonus: publishing or content creation expertise. You thrive in high-ownership, ambiguous environments. You balance short-term wins with long-term vision, think in systems, influence without authority, and maintain strong taste and attention to craft. You're intellectually curious, customer-focused, and disciplined about measuring outcomes. Kit operates on mostly East Coast time with team members globally. You may have early mornings or late evenings depending on your location, but the company works to keep schedules reasonable.
