As Senior Product Manager, you will own and drive the product roadmap for a key area of the platform. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the product roadmap by capturing inputs from multiple sources, prioritizing work to ensure the team focuses on the most impactful projects
- Conducting deep customer research and regular interactions to understand and frame problems for the engineering team
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to imagine innovative solutions and think strategically about future product direction
- Scoping solutions to their smallest viable form to enable rapid shipping and customer feedback
- Measuring impact through both quantitative metrics and qualitative customer feedback, in beta and post-launch
- Owning quality standards for your product areas and ensuring world-class software delivery
- Leading and motivating a committed team to do their best work
You will need 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping impactful products. You should have demonstrated experience leading a team, collaborating effectively with design and research, and making data-informed decisions using both customer insights and analytics. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills are essential. You're entrepreneurial, self-driven, organized, and able to balance creative and analytical thinking.
The role is hybrid with an expectation to be in the Dublin office at least three days per week.
